There are not so many rent-a-bike companies in Budapest. The biggest one is Yellow Zebra with office in the city center. Some hotels also rent bikes to their customers, and you can find a rent-a-bike garage on the Margit Island (100 meters to your left from the entrance).

Cycling in Budapest: There is a bicycle lane on the Buda side embankment stretching from Petõfi Bridge to Szentendre town in outskirts of Budapest (24 km from Gellért Hill). The other bicycle lane goes along Andrássy út (in the city center). But you can also easily use carriageways and sidewalks. Cycling is not allowed in Váci u.
