Zsidró Szalon

I visited Andrassy uti Szalon to book a appointment. As i entered the Salon at reception there were three maybe four members of staff just sitting around doing nothing at all. They couldnt manage a smile and in general I felt the atmosphere was unfriendly and and the staff seemed to have no customer service skills. To the point that the lady on reception speaking to me just answered the phone half way through our conversation leaving me standing there while the others just sat there staring at me and my partner with attitude instead of answering the phone or taking over from her. VERY bad impression is given from this for what is suppost to be the best salon in Budapest! They didnt even seem to show any interest in what i wanted done to my hair. I didnt book an appointment after this, they may have a good reputation for hardressing but customer service and being proffessional is more important.

Incredibly arrogant people! They obviously don't like to serve foreign clients at all! How else could I say this, as that I was shocked how unfriendly they have all been! Also, the interieur is rather old and not nicely maintained. The tables were full of hair from clients from the day or even from days before because I had the first appointment that day! The guy that cut my hair was bored when I showed him the picture of the cut I would like to have and when he thought he was finished he just took off and has never been seen again! What kind of a strange and very arrogant behaviour! My haircut is not what I expected at all and for an address like this extremly dissapointing! So, do me a favour and don't go there!!!
