Palatinus open-air bath (Palatinus Strandfürdő) located on Margitsziget is a seasonal bath that operates yearly from 30th April to 28th August.
It has two children’s pools, a mini aqua park of five slides, one swimming pool, an artificial wave pool, one fancy pool with swirling corridor and one thermal pool. Thermal water is 36°C and it contains calcium, magnesium, hydrogen-carbonate and sodium. There are also sports grounds, playgrounds and cafes in Palatinus, and you can rent a chaise longue for 400 HUF and a safe for your valuables and personal belongings.
Full day entrance ticket with locker is 1500 HUF for adults and 1300 HUF for children, while full day entrance ticket with cabin is 1900 HUF.
Palatinus open-air bath is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00.
There is a free bus that runs to Palatinus open-air bath every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 24th June and 28th August. The bus runs between 08:30 till 19:30 from Déryné köz (József Attila Theatre) directly to Palatinus open-air bath.
Alternatively, you can get there by public transport - bus No. 26.
