You can use recharge vouchers to top up any Vodafone SIM-card, while ATMs service only Hungarian Vodafone cards.

I will be in Budapest for only 1 week and would like to have cell phone access. Should I take my iPhone with me from the U.S.? Or are there better alternatives in Budapest? I'm just trying to find the lowest cost cell phone usage and internet usage. Thanks for any help
