I,ve got a 15 Mb ADSL internet conection but is notavailable 90% of the time. I never ever had a working connection during evening hours when I need it the most. Only a few hous in the morning I can use it sometimes. When you call the seldm call back and if they do it is almost a day later than agreed.
I do hope it will mproe but so far I am not that lucky. I am considering chnging to UPC
They charge you much more than they should , they send you bills for calls that hadn't been made and if you get disconnected , it takes them days to connect it again . I had a contract for one and half year and I suggest AVOIDING T for good .
