Pálinka Festival 2006

Palinka is a traditional Hungarian spirit with alcohol content between 50 and 70% usually made from plums, apples, pears or apricots. There are many producers of palinka in Hungary, and this year they organize the Pálinka Festival in Budapest which will be held on May 5-7, 2006 (Fri-Sun) on Városháza Park (by Deák tér) from 12:00 to 24:00 daily.

The cultural program of the festival includes concerts and performances by local musicians, bands and singers. The concerts will start at 17:30.

The entrance ticket is 1000 forints and it includes the tasting coupon for 500 forints.

Among organizers of the festival are Békési Palinka, Agárdi, Panyolai, Zwack.
