You will find English-speaking staff in Vodafone store in Mammut Shopping Centre (II. Lövőház u. 2-6) from 10:00 to 14:00 every Tuesday and from 17:00 to 21:00 every Thursday.
With Hungarian Vodafone card you can call all customers of Vodafone and its partners in the new EU, and Romania, plus all fixed business and residential line numbers for a flat 25HUF per minute.
With Hungarian Vodafone card you can call the US, Canada, China, Russia and Hong Kong for a flat 30 HUF per minute. Just add 0 before the number. For instance to call US, you have to dial +01555 5555555.
You can top up your VitaMAX card either with recharge vouchers available at Vodafone outlets (to recharge dial 177 or use VitaMAX Online), or at Euronet and OTP Bank ATMs. In the latter case you are given a bonus of 1000 HUF (if you choose 7500 HUF) or 2500 HUF (if you choose 12500 HUF).
You can use recharge vouchers to top up any Vodafone SIM-card, while ATMs service only Hungarian Vodafone cards.
To call English speaking Customer Care dial 1270 from any phone within Hungary and then 91#.
