Budapest. Városliget

Városliget (City Park), the largest park in Budapest, was originally designed in 1896 by French landscape designer Nebbion to celebrate the Hungarian Millennium Exhibition. It houses several historical sites, such as Vajdahunyad Castle with the Museum of Hungarian Agriculture, and Széchenyi baths.

The City Park also contains Botanical Gardens, Municipal Circus, Transport Museum, a flea market, Gundel Restaurant, an artificial lake, transformed to a skating rink in winter, city zoo and funfair.

Next to the lake there is Hősök tere (Heroes' Square) with Museum of Fine Arts and Palace of Arts.

By underground (yellow line) to Széchenyi fürdő

Trolleybuses No. 70, 72, 74, 75, 79
