2. Lease contract of the headquarters of the company
3. Labour contract of the employees
4. Declaration of activities in the company
5. Balance sheet for the past year stamped by the Company Court
6. Certificate from APEH (Hungarian Revenue Office) that the company hasn't got unpaid taxes
Costs of living:
7. Income certificate from the accountant of the company (retrospectively for at least 6 months, gross/net income)
8. Certificate from APEH about the applicant's income in the previous year
9. Minutes of the meeting determining the salary of the applicant
