Five years ago we started this unofficial and unbiased Budapest Guide from the scratch and now, celebrating our fifth anniversary, we are proud to present some facts and figures showing our achievements:

We have launched a few sister sites, including BudapestImages, Budapest Top Sites, InBudapest.

BudapestIndex has over 15000 unique visitors a month and about 4000 RSS subscribers.

Over 3500 photos taken specially for BudapestIndex were posted in respective categories.

From basic Budapest listings we have grown to 1543 articles in various categories.

In 2009 we started twittering BudapestIndex news.

Each week our editors and photographers spent over 15 hours working on site content alone to keep it up-to-date.
